I have been working with Ashley for a year now. We first worked together in a fitness center, and now, in my home. As a middle-aged woman with some joint issues, my goal was both to increase my overall fitness and to improve my mobility. I have been exceedingly pleased with the personal training Ashley has provided. Ashley is enthusiastic, dedicated and caring. She has a special talent to motivate. Her background in Kiniesiology has been especially useful for me as a client, as she is very knowledgeable of anatomy and has designed exercises targeted to improve my specific functional issues. In this regard, I have found my training with Ashley to be more helpful to me than the physiotherapy I had taken for the same problem. Ashley is dedicated to seeing her clients succeed in their goals. She charts your progress and challenges you to do more, whether it’s increasing weight or reps. She changes your routine so it doesn’t get boring. I believe a caring relationship is key in working with a trainer. If a trainer is not invested in your success, then they are just putting in the time. In Ashley you will find someone who is invested in you, and I recommend her without hesitation.

“My personal experience with Malachi Fralick started three years ago. I really want to thank you for all you've done for me this past year. You have changed my attitude towards exercise in a positive manner. In fact, I would say that I love working out . “…then there's Malachi...I can't say enough good things about this young man.  I was encouraged by a friend to join the Toughen Up program [at the Canada Games Centre] last fall and did so somewhat reluctantly. I was so pleased with the measurable improvements in strength, endurance and flexibility I was able to make in those 11 weeks with Malachi's guidance. I am currently attending the second session of Toughen Up and now faithfully attend his Friday morning HIIT class. What I think is great about Malachi's style is that, although he also o works with elite athletes, he is just as encouraging and supportive of those of us who are just trying to improve and maintain a healthy lifestyle.  His knowledge of and attention to proper technique is also very much appreciated and I'm sure goes a long way toward injury prevention...LOVE this program and Malachi as a trainer. Just signed up for the 3rd session. This has made me fall in love with fitness for the first time in my life!
